Monastrell sweet red.
Very ripe grapes harvested late are carefully selected from vineyards 780 metres above sea level and then cold macerated delicately for six days to concentrate colour, extracts and fruit aromas.
Cherry red, intense depth of colour, violet edge. Powerful fruit aromas, ripe red fruit. Flavourful on the palate, unctuous, sweet, with ripe tannins and a powerful concentration of fruit.
Aged cheeses, foie, pâté, salt‑cured fish, jam, chocolate, any type of sweets, cake and ice cream.
