Airén, Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc
Harvested in early September. Fermented for 20 days in tanks with temperature controlled at 17ºC. Bottled in the first week of December.
Straw yellow with a bright green tint. Powerful nose, elegant, reminiscent of complex herbs and green fruit. Well‑structured on the palette, gentle and fresh. Flavourful, with persistent fruit and good retronasal.
Perfect with nuts and salt‑cured fish, rice, salad, light meat, baked or grilled fish, sushi or any sort of seafood.
