Production

This wine is made with Monastrell grapes grown organically 780 metres above sea level with the utmost respect for nature.

 

Tasting notes

Reddish purple colour. On the nose it has notes of red and black berries. Flavourful and balanced on the palette, good attack with moderate acidity and lively tannins. Elegant with a good finish and persistent after‑taste that invites a deeper tasting.

 

Pairing

Excellent with salads, vegetables, pasta, aged cheese, white or red meat, rice and grilled fish.
