Production

Made with old vine Monastrell grapes. Harvested by hand in the second half of October. Delicate cold maceration at a controlled temperature. Aged between 9 and 11 months, based on the harvest, in new French‑oak barrels. No cold stabilisation.

 

Tasting notes

Intense cherry red with a violet tint. On the nose, lively aromas of spices and ripe red fruit. On the palette, flavourful and rich in balsamic notes, full‑bodied with good acidity and noble with well‑incorporated tannins. Long, extraordinary finish.

 

Pairing

Hearty rice dishes, gazpacho, stews, white and red meat, aged cheeses.
