Monastrell and Syrah
Harvested from the first week of September through mid October. Each variety is fermented separately at a controlled temperature. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
Deep cherry red, good depth of colour. Intense, complex aromas, with sweet spices and ripe red and black fruit standing out. Good balance on the palette with a blend of spices from the oak and fruit with ripe tannins for great volume and a jammy finish.
Perfect with strong flavoured dishes, rice and any type of meat, preferably goat, lamb and red meat, or with aged cheeses.
