Monastrell, Syrah and Merlot
Harvested between the first week of September and late October. Each variety is fermented separately at a controlled temperature.
Reddish purple colour. Excellent aromatic intensity. Flavourful and balanced on the palette, reminiscent of ripe fruit with a slight balsamic touch. Sweet, noble tannins. Elegant with a good finish and persistent after taste that invites a deeper tasting.
All sorts of white and red meat, as well as game. Hearty rice dishes, risotto and stews. Pasta with heavy sauces, aged and semiaged cheeses.
