Monastrell, Syrah, Petit Verdot
Harvested between the first week of September and late October. Each variety is fermented separately at a controlled temperature.
Bright cherry red, good depth of colour. Great aromatic intensity, complex with red fruit, sweetness and spices standing out. Very jammy on the palette, with good body, very round. Touches of spice that combine with the red fruit from the grapes for a persistent sweetness.
Perfect with appetisers, salt‑cured fish, strong and semi‑aged cheeses, pizza and pasta. Highly versatile, pairs well with all sorts of meat, barbecue, fish and salads.
