Type of wine
Harvested in the last week of August or first week of September. Cold macerated pre‑fermentation with the skins for a few hours and then fermented in stainless‑steel tanks at a low temperature. Lees stirred over eight weeks before it is bottled.
Straw yellow, clear and bright. Great aromatic intensity, very complex. Combines notes of fresh white fruit and tropical aromas with citrus nuances. On the palette it starts off with explosive fruit flavours. It’s big, butteriness combines with good acidity for the perfect balance.
Perfect with sushi, seafood, fish, rice and salads. Pairs well with pasta and even white meat.
